I believe that the MLS Centre in Canary Wharf offers sensible prices, excellent facilities, high standard technology and quality services. The price for the office we rent is one of the most competitive in Canary Wharf, considering the additional services provided by the centre. Also, when we started operating on the UK market, it was difficult to estimate how quickly the number of our staff would increase. When we first moved to the building we were only a small team. The flexible renting terms of MLS have helped us initially to rent a small office, and with time, as our staff have increased, we moved into a larger office. The manager was extremely helpful and provided quickly and efficiently the office which best suited our needs. MLS also provides comfortably furnished offices, equipped with a high standard of technology including computers, high speed internet and multifunctional telephones. There is a kitchen area on each floor, always kept very clean and tidy, supplied with free Fairtrade tea and coffee. The centre also provides usage of the meeting rooms and the centre team are always able to secure a meeting room, even when the request is short notice. The reception desks receive all our incoming calls very efficiently and greets our walk-in clients in a very professional manner.
