Our building portfolio consists of strategically placed London centres, as well as others located in major towns and cities across Britain where a business need is recognised. Amongst these are Manchester, Nottingham, Bristol, Cardiff and Southampton.
Regular reviews of workstations and potential revenue improvement plans for each building are managed by our central computer systems.
The group works closely with specialist agents, constantly researching new areas and suitable sites, monitoring competitors and pursuing acquisitions. These are reported monthly to the board and programmed into a planned rollout.
