Paul Williams

Chief Executive Officer
A founding member of MLS, CEO Paul is responsible for overall strategy and general management of the group, international expansion opportunities, acquisitions and longer-term joint venture initiatives. He is an entrepreneur who has previously built up and sold successful companies in the publishing and advertising sectors, as well as having worked in property development/management and related fields. He has a BA (Hons) degree in Theology and a certified diploma in Accounting and Finance.

Steve Baker

Group Operations Director
Steve was a founder director at MLS with Paul Williams, having worked with Paul on various ventures since 1995. He is responsible for overseeing Group operations, all new centre acquisitions and openings, managing and developing strategic landlord relationships, and also drives the development of the Group's subsidiary companies, Liquid, CBS and EAC. Steve has an MBA(distinction) from Manchester Business School.

Peter Moys

Group Finance Director
Qualified as Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross & Co following a Mathematics and Business Studies degree from Brunel University. For the past 20 years he has been Group FD for two international groups in both computer services and paper management sectors. During that time Peter was heavily involved in taking a company onto the main London Stock Exchange, and had three successful years under the City Spotlight.

Ian Kibby

Group Sales & Marketing Director
Ian has spent the last 25 years selling various products and services to a wide variety of businesses. His first salesman's role for US chemical company, WR Grace saw him increase turnover in his area by 300% in the first year. He spent seven years working for Rentokil, moving on to Sales Directorships with ISS Cleaning Services and then Regus, the serviced office industry market leader. Ian joined MLS in June 2001 when the company had six business centres and has been a driving force in the development of the group. He brings an excellent understanding of effective marketing and front line sales.

Kevin Christie ACA

Non Executive Director
Kevin qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and Touche, was chairman of Hambros Group Investments and Managing Director of Investec Insurance services. He has extensive city experience in merchant banking, private equity, mergers, acquisitions and public company management. He is now Chief Executive of ARC Investments, a small private equity fund, and has several other non executive directorships.
